Name: Lilian
Premise: (OC) Some poor dude who got dragged into being a warrior of love and sparkles as a child (it's a long story) and has spent most of his life fighting monsters of the week. He currently makes a living working as an exorcist team with his cheery schoolgirl daughter, Melania. They battle bad guys and learn valuable lessons about how to not be horrible human beings.
Powers: Capable of "transforming", giving him a cuter (according to someone) outfit, black hair, and access to his magic. He has the ability to "bind", literally and figuratively, and his power manifests physically as lengths of ribbon.
Permissions: Please keep things rated PG-13 unless you've talked to me about it first. Backtagging, threadhopping, breaking the fourth wall, mindreading, and harming my character are all okay.
